Today, It appears that I have gained 0.7 in. girth through clamping.
Granted, I started at the low end of the girth scale (at 4.3 in.), but I’m glad that I have finally broken the 5.0 in. girth mark. But first, a bit about my journey…
I started PEing with the newbie routine back in May ‘10. While I was always satisfied with my length (6.69 in. BPEL), I was pretty insecure about my girth (4.3 in.), as I thought my dick was skinny and thin. At first, I was interested in gaining both length and girth , and my goal was a bit ridiculous and unrealistic in my opinion (something like 8.5 x 6.0). That goal could probably be done if I resorted to hanging and other extreme techniques in the future, but I didn’t want to resort to such methods or devices (I’m more of a low-tech guy if that makes any sense). I was aiming pretty high, and while I documented some length gains with the newbie routine (I broke the 7.0 inches in length mark at one point), the gains I made started to disappear. As you can imagine, I was extremely disappointed. In this fit of frustration, I decided to reexamine both my goals and my routine. I then decided to just concentrate on girth and to be happy with my current length or whatever length gains came along the way. This is when I read into and discovered clamping. It sounded extremely risky, but I decided to try it anyway since I thought the newbie routine conditioned my dick enough to attempt such a risky technique. I started clamping sometime in December ‘10.
My routine basically consists of clamping every weekday, from Monday to Friday, with the weekends being the rest days. I clamp in the shower, and I use a sock as a wrap. I’ve been clamping every weekday from December to July (sounds extreme, I know, but I’d do anything to gain girth, just so long as I took safety precautions). At first, I started only doing one 5 minute set of clamping, with a 5 minute warm-up and a 5 minute warm-down before and after the set. I basically stimulate myself before I put the clamp on to become fully erect, then when I clamp, I continue to stay erect by continuing this stimulation and kegeling. Gradually, as time went on, I increased this set to 7 minutes, then to 10 minutes and then finally to 12 minutes.
I definitely see and feel a difference in my dick before I PE’d and after I started PEing; I just wish I had taken a picture of what my dick looked like before I started clamping because I feel like my mind is playing tricks on me. I mean, it looks thicker, and my mind knows this, and so do my hands. Last night, I measured my girth 3 different times (I do it with a thin strip of paper), and the three different measurements came out to 4.64, 5.07 and 5.07 MSEG (respectively). I think I’m plagued by that underlying fear that PE isn’t working, and that my routine is all for naught. I guess I will continue my routine and measure again 4 months down the road. I don’t know if I’ll ever reach my goal of 6.5 in. MSEG (I don’t even think I want to be that thick, I just have it there for motivation), but I guess I’ll continue clamping until I’m satisfied with my girth and it actually registers in my mind so that it is completely convinced that I have gained.
