Today I learned something
Warm ups are the KEY INGREDIENT to a safe and healthy workout. Today I decided to take an extremely hot shower for about 20 min. I’m talking so hot that as soon as I dried off, I was soaked again from my own sweat, my penis huge like a horse just from the shower. I did my measly workout. Only 100 jelq. I’m just keeping it simple for though who are wondering. And after I was done, my penis huge like two horses! And I’m sitting on my chair and I can feel it hung along my thigh. Guys I’m telling ya, the better warm up you do the better workout your gain from it.
Ya’ll probably know this, but I just want to get it through to the people who don’t fully understand the importance to a good warm up.
