To train or not to train (PE)
OK, I think I finally have my routine in order. And I am doing a one-on, one-off schedule.
I trained on Monday night and obviously should have trained on Wednesday. But didn’t because my erections weren’t what they should have been. I am over thirty so I use a bit of Viagra from time to time. Well after I was having a weak erection on Tuesday, I took ~ 20 mg of V, about 4:30 am on Wednesday morning.
My erection were much better on Wednesday and through out the day, today, 38 hours after the V. My inner shaft is a bit sore. Not unbearably sore, but enough that I can feel it, like the after effects of exercising.
So, maybe the slight bout of ED was related to not having recovered from the previous 3 PE workouts (every other day).
My question (after giving the history) is should I train tonight? My erections are what they should be, but my inner shaft is slightly sore. So what is the opinion on that?
