To Stretch Or Not To Stretch

I think newbies to PE should bear in mind that Jelqing alone - without any stretching - in your routine is proven to produce length AND girth gains!

By all means YES, DO this Thunder’s Newbie Routine, and try stretching out, but do not feel you MUST include stretching to your routine (newbie or not) - especially if you are pushed for time. Again, you do not have to stretch to get a longer penis!

I am not against stretching mind - don’t get me wrong! I may buy a stretching device myself soon if I do not see expected results of 1 and half inches length in 9-12 months from Jelqing alone.

I think stretching is better than jelqing,i gained close to 2 inches in my first year doing both with the newbie routine.

With stretching your are pulling out inner penis and it’s not as messy and takes less time then jelqing,every man has 1-3 inches of length hidden inside your body,stretching pulls it out.

But hey if it works for you then good on you.

Why only do 1 when you can benefit and gain more from both?

Curious, but what are you basing your information on? You, like me, seem to be a newbie, with no long term experience to speak from. So how do you know that jelqing alone will give you what you want? Not saying it can’t, I’m just curious what you are basing your opinion off of

@Jburtt I am not a newbie to PE; I have more than 10 years experience trying and failing at it! (I can come across as a know-it-all sometimes).

I was actually 13 years old when first ever jelqed if I recall. I bought a ‘Manual’ advertised in a porn mag for £20. It was really professionally done. Had virtually everything about PE fully explained, detailed with images. I don’t have it now :( (even though they sent two!). If anyone reading this knows of the Manual it was sized A4, with blue font reading something like: “the penis exercise programme” with a penis on the front cover, if again I recall right; memory of it bit hazy now. Anyway, is was in there that said it and if you read from that manual you would believe it too.

I won’t get into WHY I have not gained in the past; it is just too long. I think I have only gained 1/4 length and 1/4 inch girth in my time jelqing and stretching on and off. All I know is PE DOES WORK! And I WILL prove it like the rest, and when I do, I will explain fully my shaky, difficult journey with PE and what I have tried.

Sorry, long post but I touch-type so is not a task for me; correct punctuation still is though; hmmm are these semi-colons correct?? HA HAHA. HA?

I’ve been stretching everytime I go for a whiz, so takes no extra time in my routine.

1.5” in 9 months is an incredible gain even by performing stretching exclusively. I personally doubt you will see that kind of progress by jelqing alone, but I do wish you the best gains possible.

I see what you are trying to say, but keep in mind that the newbie routine is also a way for guys to get to know their penis, and I think stretching is an important exercise to get the feel for what you can and can’t handle.

All the PE vets say to stretch. You say no you can get all of your gains from jelqing though you’ve spent 10 years and haven’t gained but you’re the expert?

I don’t think I can take anything you say seriously anymore.

To get back to the subject.

Depending on how you jelq, wouldn´t it be possible to get some stretch while jelqing? I mean especially if you do really slow jelqs straight out from the body.

LOL. I don’t blame you in truth. I am not a great advertisement for PE. I am a great advertisement for tremendous amount of loose skin around nut sack though.

Look, I don’t really give a flyin fuck how you read me. How would I know so much about PE anyway, if I was just what you call a troll?? It isn’t something greatly interesting just to learn is it.

My first thread in this forum should tell you how difficult I have been finding jelqing, so much so I had to resort to gripping the fuck out of my penis jelqing for 45min just to try get blood to expand penis tissue, instead all I got was “fluid building up” and not growth. Again, my problem is too much loose skin, but I have found a way around that now and how to progress. In the 10 years I have PE’D on and off, trying different ways about 3 or 4 times for roughly 8months longest.

Anyone else would give up but I am determined for a bigger penis.

On subject of stretching, I have also done that without success. The loose skin at my base just gets stretched I found. Stretching devices look like they may work for me though, and the fact they stretch for hours.

@ 16cmofmeat I read here somewhere a method for jelqing in such a manner for length. I think it involves around 40-60 percent erect. I am finding that jelqing at about 85-90 percent erect feels like it is working total volume well ATM, the way I am going about it.

Yep, but it would depend upon the intensity of your jelqing. Guys who are well conditioned and have gone to a firmer jelq can get a decent longitudinal stretch into the tunica. The more safe-and-sane jelqing grip is only going to provide a modest stretch, but that might be all you need. And, if you practice a slow jelq stroke, the cumulative time of a workout session can add up to some nice stretching time.

The only thing I do are stretches. No jelqing.
