To me, PE is intuitive. You?
I write this because I am curious as to how many of us in this community find PE to be intuitive?
I’m 36 and I have been at this since I was a teen. What I mean by my first statement is that a lot of the fundamentals that we practice here seem to have come to me naturally. I jelqed, did squeezes, and stretches because I felt like they would increase size. I knew nothing of PE, but felt that this to me was a natural way of increasing size. Fastforward 20 years and I find Thunder’s Place! Surprise! I learned that what I was doing all along was correct.
How many here share the same experience? What I’m most curious about is the mindset.. Knowing that what we were doing would lend to gains, how did that really impact our gains (after learning of PE)? I believe that the mind is an incredible tool, capable of many things, and putting proven results to what I was doing (after gaining the knowledge here on Thunder’s) naturally may have led to greater gains.
