Hi, I’ve been PEing for 4 weeks now with the newbie routine. I want to know if the manual exercise is enough, or do I need to do the ADS or use a stretching device. I prefer manual exercise, but it seems many good gainers combine, such as hanging, ADS etc. In their routine. I want to know if manual exercise alone is enough?

Stay on the newbie routine for another 6-8 weeks. Don’t worry about anything else until then.

If you continue to see good gains after 12 with the newbie routine, don’t change a thing and stay with it until gains cease (or start to cease) :)

Some of you may yell at me but, I NEVER did the “newbie routine”..
It didnt feel natural. I went right to wearing my PM/ADS, then I started hanging, shortly after. A little over 2 months in and I now hang w/ 16# for 3 20 min. sessions a day ( I use TPS`s Redi-Stretcher ). I have to say, it works for me!

6/12/05 6.5 BPEL 5.125 EG 1 week! 6.875 x 5.375 UPDATE.. 7/28/05 OK, I would say I`m a SOLID 7.000 now!! Squeezing out 7.250 BPEL!! OH! Wait a second.. Now I`ve hit 7.375. New numbers!!! 12/7/05 7.625 BPEL!!!!!! Hang long, hang strong! Hey!! This shit works!!! :thumbs:

Its “recommended” that you do it the way we said. Of course you dont HAVE to, but better safe than sorry I say.

If you search, you’ll find that many have had good gains from manual-only exercises. I’m one of them as far as length goes.


Start: 6.3 x 5.2 (Feb '05)

Now: 7.9 x 5.65 (gain 1.6 x 0.45) - SFL 8.6"

Increasing the intensity of those sets/reps is another option. Sometimes adding more sets isn’t the answer, but increasing the intensity of those sets is.

Adding in a new exercise or 2 to help “shake things up” can sometimes be a good thing too, so the penis doesnt get accustomed to the same thing each session.

That is correct. I usually suggest adding intensity/sets/reps before I suggest more exercises. It is good to keep things simple, especially with newbies.
