To fix my curve, should I concentrate only in exercises for fixing the curve

To fix my curve, should I concentrate only in exercises for fixing the curve

Hi, I want to focus on fixing my left curve, I have been PEing for about 14 months, with only manual exercises until now, my left curve still there though, I want to fix it now.

Here’s my current routine:

10 minutes - Warmup
10 minutes - Stretch in all directions
3 minutes - Warmup
15 minutes - Jelqing
10 minutes - V-stretches
10 minutes - Jelqing
10 minutes - Warmup

Currently my PI’s are positive (daily morning woods).

I wonder this, should I concentrate only in exercises for fixing the curve or mix my routine with some 10 minutes for curve fixing exercises?, I’m thinking in make another routine that focus only on fixing the curve, for example:

10 minutes - Warmup
10 minutes - Stretch in all directions <——change to only stretch exercises in the right direction against my left curve.
3 minutes - Warmup
15 minutes - Jelqing <——-change to Jelqing against my curve, with overhand grip (is the only way I can do it, because I can’t do it with normal grip with hand down going against the curve)
10 minutes - V-stretches <——-change to only stretch exercises in the right direction against my left curve. (Or maybe I should leave this one like that)
10 minutes - Jelqing <——-change to Jelqing against my curve, with overhand grip (or should I leave it like that?)
10 minutes - Warmup

Also want to tell, that right now I want to try only with manual exercises, not hanging for the moment, only as a last resort.

I also starting with Fowfer exercises, I do this for an hour at the end of my routine. I don’t see any problem in continue doing this while I’m focus on fixing my left curve.

In conclusion, I have this doubt because maybe it’s too much exigency for the curve if I focus too much on it, maybe I need to give it a balance so that I can have better results, I don’t know.

I’ve included a picture as attachment below because I want to know if I understood all this “against the curve” well, please check it out and tell me if I got it correctly:

Please comment, thanks in advance.

Regards.

No one? :(

Then I guess I will experiment on myself… :P

Basically, my question was, is it a good idea to focus only on curve fixing exercises or mix it with the normal routine?

This is one of the few remaining frontiers of PE. Anything you try is going to be an experiment. Remember to have a safety first approach to PE at all times. And please do keep us updated on how it goes.

I would mix it in with a regular routine, especially to start with.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

I completely agree with Iamaru

The only thing I would change would be to do regular foreword jelqing at 60-80% for the first 15 min session, then jelqing against the curve at 40-60% for the last jelqing session. That way you get your major girth work out of the way first so you can focus on your stretching against the curve for the rest of jelqing session. From what it looks like I can tell girth is not your main focus but you can still benefit from both girth and length work at once.

*Remember to switch things up and alternate exercises in your routine whenever you get bored.

I have a left curve plus a downward curve PLUS a little twisting through the left, yes my erect cock is misshapen and this is one of the reason I started PE.. After 6 months I notice some length and girth gains but the curve is still there though it’s not worsened luckily..

Have you gained in length and girth? Has you curve worsened? I’m trying erect right bends (I know they aren’t to be performed fully erect but fully engorged.) and I want to give them a chance.

The same as before or bigger!) ; FG 11 cm ; BPFSL 19 cm***all hard sizes taken @ my hardest and doing a kegel***Goal: cementing a round 18 x 14 hard coupled with a good EQ.

Thanks guys, I’ll follow your recommendations. :)

Yes, so far about an 1.5” in length, in girth I don’t know exactly how much because I never measured at the beginning but based on how I remember I guess I have notable gain in girth, that’s what my hands tell me when I do the OK grip for jelq, I feel it much more bigger. :P

I’m now focusing in fixing the curve, if I have success I think my penis is going to look about 0.5” longer :) , so will be worth the effort. :D

Once I do that or even if I don’t have success, I’m gonna start hanging, in about 3 o 4 months more. I hope I can start getting some gains, one inch more in length will be nice :) , and some girth too why not ;) .

I also have a curve (right) but after years of concern I now accept that it is quite natural. My suggestion is accept the curve and concentrate on getting length and girth and of course more importantly concentrate on getting laid.

You right, but as I said, It may be gonna worth the effort because is gonna make your penis look/be more longer, or at least that’s what I think. :)

I wanna see if I can, but If I don’t success I wont mind either. :)
