To extend or not
So I’ve been extending and water pumping for seven weeks now. I wouldn’t say I’m new to PE as I mentioned in another post. I started manual stretching and jelqing again this week. So my question is being that when I extend I can’t extend to my erect length should I quit extending? I am new to extending and pumping I also had giving up PE for about four years due to personal issues. I’ve also tried warming up and keeping a warm rice sock on during extending. I feel like I get a great stretch from manual stretching. Thanks for any info.
