To extend or not

So I’ve been extending and water pumping for seven weeks now. I wouldn’t say I’m new to PE as I mentioned in another post. I started manual stretching and jelqing again this week. So my question is being that when I extend I can’t extend to my erect length should I quit extending? I am new to extending and pumping I also had giving up PE for about four years due to personal issues. I’ve also tried warming up and keeping a warm rice sock on during extending. I feel like I get a great stretch from manual stretching. Thanks for any info.

I have a couple of questions. How is your EQ and are you saying your erect length is longer than your stretched length? How long do you use your extender and perform your manual stretches?

My EQ can vary from day to day for instance last night it wasn’t as strong but this morning it was. Yes my erect length is roughly 1/4 inch longer. I use the extender between 4 to 6 hours about 4 to 5 days a week. I preform the basic stretches up down side to side as recommended in the newbie routine. The extender I use came free with the BM it’s just a cheap run of the mill type. I bought a new attachment so I could switch between a noose or a strap. So if I stop using it it’s no big loss but if there’s potential for gains then I don’t want to stop. I also notice more turtling after using the extender. I had put in my other post the one don’t do drugs that I’m actually smaller now than I was pre PE from years ago. Like I said I stop for about four year due to spinal injuries which led to drug abuse.

I should note I started seven weeks ago at about only 5.5 NBPEL that’s a half inch below my pre PE from four years ago. I’m not sure of my girth but I will say I’m gaining girth based one the feel test and wife saying it feels like it grew. She has no idea I’m doing PE.

Okay I am going to talk from my experience and make some suggestions. I also have a penis extender from x4 labs and I will admit it was the worst and I mean the worst decision I have ever made. I was extending for 8+ hours a day for quite a while off and on for over a year. I will tell you for a fact my EQ was affected in a negative way, to the point that I would have an erection but as soon as I would try to penetrate my girlfriend, I would lose my erection. This was a serious blow and lets say she and I were not happy campers. So since the beginning of 2014 I have not and will never use a penis extender ever again in my life. I have some theories as to what the issue was. I think extenders have a negative affect on EQ due to the fact your penis has to stay in a stretch state for a long time and circulation slowly decreases over time and I also think its not really going to have a impact compared to manual stretching or even hanging due to the fact it does not apply enough tension. I have tried the hanging thing too and I am not a fan of that either. But I think your BPEL is longer than your stretched state because you have a lot of smooth muscle inside of your penis and your tunica is your limiting factor. There’s a theory out there and it is just that, give it a read and come to your own conclusion. As for my suggestion I will tell you to stay with manual stretching with constant heat for a good period of time until you feel like you got a good stretch or even pass your BPEL, that should be your long term goal. Do not let your EQ suffer and do not hurt yourself in trying to accomplish this but take your time, it is a slow process. Also jelqing is the foundation to all PE exercises and should always be part of your routine and you might want to consider adding edging too. It will help with cementing your gains and EQ and should also be put at the tail end of your PE session, along with performing kegels. Good luck with your PE career. :-)

Thanks Close2. I’m dealing with the same issues you had. I’m putting that fucking extender in the garbage. I’m going on some rest days I’ll try the edging on Monday. Thank again.

Over the past couple days I’ve switched up to warm up, stretch, pump in BM for five minutes jelq for 2 minutes repeat two more times. I’ll do this about 4 to 5 days week and see how it goes Monday I’ll throw in the edging and kegels.
