Reverse Kegel’s won’t do anything good. Reverse Kegel’ is a misnomer also, the proper ‘reverse Kegel’s’ is just relaxing the BC muscle that you have previously contracted.
For performance anxiety I have no advices other than trying to familiarize with the situation or person that causes anxiety.
