I know I probably have enough, but it is somewhat addicting. What have you guys found works best for you. I’ve been doing jeqs, but I’m looing for something a little bit better mnually.


Starting stats: 7.6 bpl x 5.875 - 6 g

Hoping for: 9 bpl x 6.25 g

I’ve found that Horse 440’s are an incredible exercise for girth, however they are one of if not the most dangerous manual exercise here at thunders. The beginning is my opinion from experience, but the latter is very true. If you consider trying this exercise, do all the reading you can on here about it. A well conditioned penis is a must as it is easy to overdo it with all of the pressure that is exerted on your shaft. Be careful if you decide to try it, we wouldn’t want you having a broken dick! I’d definitely suggest staying away from this if you haven’t been PEing that long.

However, pumps work pretty nice with girth as well. ;)

O-Bends and higher erection level jelqs have done the job for me.


01/05/09: 6.25" EL; 6.75" BPEL; 5.25" EG

*Goal for 04/05/09 6.65" EL; 7.25" BPEL; 5.35" EG*

Id say clamping but be careful, start off with about 5 minutes.

I wish I could give you advice, but nothing has worked for me yet. I only got the Horse440 left to try.


Start: 6.3 BPEL x 4.5 MSEG & 4.5 BSEG

Now: 7.7 x 4.7 x 5.5 BSEG

Goal: 8 x 6

Squeezes. Do them until you hit a plateau in girth gains. Then try clamping if you don’t have the girth you desire. Be careful, but you have to use some force to expand the unit. This stuff is not for the newbies.


2-06 6.375 bpel 5.0 mseg

7-08 7.375 bpel 6.25 mseg

7-09 7.50 bpel 6.25 mseg
