Hey guys it’s been about 3 weeks since I started PE seriously.. And let me say I can really tell the difference!! My erections are harder and I last longer. I think I may have gained a bit of length simply from having such good erections (not much length though).

For the first 2 weeks I did the newbie routine. About 5 min warm up, 5 min stretching, and 10-12 minutes of jelqing every session. I was getting some decent PIs but I felt like I was missing something still. I decided to cut back on the jelqing to 5-6 minutes a session and WOW did that make a difference! After 2 sessions my PIs skyrocketed. My veins are more pronounced and my erections got even harder. My gf was quite happy with the fact that after finishing I still had an erection hahaha.

So my advice.. Less is more when it comes to jelqing! If you are not getting the PIs you think you should be, try cutting back.

I found that I am only able to get in a bout 70 quality jelqs on the nub routine’s suggested 10mins. I see that it should be around 200 per 10mins of jelq time, but unless I ramp up the speed and sacrifice quantity for quality seems like the only way I will get 200jelqs per session. PI’s are awesome right now with the 70-80jelqs per session I am doing so I’m going to stick with that before I up the amount.

I think there should be made some correctures to the Newbie routine because there are people like us who can easily overtrain when performing the suggested amount described in it.
