Tips And Reminders For Me

Hi everyone. I just joined here. I was very curious about PE and will try to do it tonight. I want to ask some few things before doing it later:

1. After warming up, should I use oil/cream for stretching and jelqing? Can I use coconut oil (I saw someone on YouTube)?

2. I have small flaccid, about less that 3 inches. Then 5 erect (not really blessed) and not so thick girth. Any effective techniques?

Is there anyone here have the same dick/measurement and did a proven effective method?

Help me be encouraged that I still have hopes!

1) I use coconut oil when I jelq and pump, it works great!

2) I started out roughly 6x4 so we had similar starting sizes. (You said you had smaller girth so I’m assuming you’re under 5” mid shaft). Check out my thread in my signature. I’ve tried various methods. I mostly stretch, jelq, and pump now. Just depends on the day.

First Time PE'd

Hi. I’ve done my first PE today. But I haven’t felt anything like soreness. Is that normal?

Should I do more jelqs instead of just ten minutes? Can I do it like 5 days a week and 2 days rest?

Also, I do have lot of hair. I have second thoughts of shaving.

5 by 2 is way ahead of your penis capabilities, at least for most of people that are just starting. I would alternate and stick to every other day.

You are still learning the how-to, so in this first few weeks don’t expect soreness. Actually this is better than learning with too much force.

Let to lube it up only for jelqing and stretch with the penis absolutely dry, so you can grip better.

Not necessary to wipe out your bush, you can do the exercises with it.

If you have any other question, first do a quick search through the forum. We’ve covered and discussed pretty much everything PE related.

I’ve been going commando (don’t wear underwear) for years and I won’t go back. So boxers are fine.

I started close to you. At 5.2 inches. Today I’m over 8 inches BPEL. And I only used manuals. So you are limited only by your commitment. Good luck.

Have you used pumps? Or ordinary routine can do the job? Do you have before and after pictures?

Only manuals. No pumps, no stretchers. Only manuals. I had a short stint in hanging but didn’t have enough time to commit fully to that. My picture thread is here. Some pictures for inspiration.

Only a pleasure. Its about consistency over years. So don’t get discouraged and stay away from the ruler for long stints and things will get better over time.
