Well at the moment I’m not very consistent because of things in my life making things a bit difficult. But I would suggest starting with the newbie routine and the schedule they suggest. First three month is more about conditioning than it is for gains. But gains might happen.

I’m actually following the ten minute jelq routine. And I find it hard because my penis erects for about 70-80% since I also have small flaccid one. Also, my pubic hair and skin make it more difficult.
What I am doing is my one hand on the base, while other one do the jelqs, then vice versa.

I’m surprised nobody directed you to this noobie routine . This is were you should start. Remember to worm up. I made myself a good old rice sock. I think it works great.
