Hi guys. For about 4 weeks ago I started PE and that felt really good!

But 2 weeks later a felt a tingling inside my penis, and decided to take a break for about 2 weeks.

Yesterday I did some really light jelqs but I can still feel this tingling inside my penis.

Tingling or itching? Or stretching?

Try and describe the feeling more. Also, please share your routine. If you want people to take the time to give you a proper answer then you should take the time to start a proper post.

It’s a strange feeling, but I would say it feels more like a tingling. Sometimes it feels like something is stuck in there.

My routine:
7-10 min warm up
70 wet jelqs
7-10 min warm down.

I was too eager and too rough with my little friend.

Make sure to massage everything really well after your routine to get the circulation going agian.

If you took 2 weeks off and are still getting the tingling then maybe you should take some more time off and just start slower. Warm up and then do just 2 minutes of light manual stretch and then 20 wet jelq and see if you still get the tingling. If you go a week without tingle then up it to 3 min and 30 jelq, etc.

I think have an idea what your talking about. I have experienced similar sensations and even posted about it a few weeks ago. Does it sorta feel like needles? Kinda prickly? Where on your penis are you feeling this?

I used to get that, I was alert to it but not alarmed. Be alert but not alarmed is today’s theme.

It went away at some point but I can’t recall when.

I jelqed with high pressure, yes. Newbie mistake I guess. The thing is that I didn’t jelq for about 2 weeks and this feeling didn’t go away.

I’m going to take it easy for 2 more weeks.

Yes, I remember when I got it, it did not go away for a while after stopping PE, but it did eventually go away. It is a funny feeling. Perhaps something to do with the nerves inside.

Does it go away for some time and then come back? I noticed with mine it would not be there and then suddenly return.

Personally I believe this is part of the conditioning process. The feeling does come and go so if you take a break it should subside. Hows your EQ? In my opinion EQ is the main PI that truly matters. After all the point to PE is a bigger, harder dick. I would recommended jelqing with a fair amount of pressure, more than masturbation, at very low erection levels. This will focus your PE efforts on length and comes with relatively low risk of injury. Try this for a while and I’ll lay you odds that your dick is fine and the tingly feeling goes away.

Make sure your not jelqing too hard also you might wanna reduce your erection to 50-60% and jelq. Jelqing at high erections can be very bad for you.

Yeah, I didn’t feel anything today. But I still don’t know if I should take a break or continue with some light jelqs.

First week after I noticed this tingling feeling my EQ was really bad. But now it’s fine again.

In my opinion, what it felt like was small micro tears in the urethra that were healing. I don’t believe it is to be worried about. I did not die.

What I would recommend is perhaps taking a bit more time off and then starting again slowly. For example, I recently started again and only started with 50 lower pressure jelqs. Every week I increased by 10 jelqs. It has now been one month and my penis is more “conditioned” and can handle more pressure without any negative PI’s; such as a shriveling tight flaccid for extended periods after a workout.
