When is the best time to do exercises?

Well for me, the best time is when I am afforded privacy. I guess what you are asking though is when, physically, would be the best time? I don’t think that it really matters as long as you warm up before you do exercises. I mean, unless I am way off base here, there should be no advantage to doing your exercises in the morning over the evening. I just do them when I can.
