I just finished 3 Month in the newbie routine .

I did 4 sets of 6 stretches each stretch 30 sec.

Should I just add more 2 Stretches or its better to do each stretch 1 min and 3 sets is enogh

Do you see any gains? If yes then continue as you did before.

Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

Goal: To understand what makes penis to grow.

The longer you can hold them the better if you dont apply high force.

I’m going to agree with GP here. From most of the scientific reading I’ve been able to find on the topic, it looks like time invested is a MAJOR factor in PE. Seeing as what we’re doing is a form of body modification, somewhat akin to plastic surgery, it makes sense.

From my understanding, PE is all about slow and subtle modification of the body and tissues, what’s known as creep deformation. So realistically in my mind, the goal should be at LEAST 4 hours a day of PE, with breaks to allow your body to heal. This is because, the longer your body is made to hold a position, the less likely it is to revert back to its previous state.
