Just starting out here (obviously), but I can’t help but notice how much time everyone seems to dedicate to PE, especially the experienced guys. Do some of you guys honestly spend upwards of three hours exercising?
I ask this because I work out five days a week, and want to do PE `on the side’. Not necessarily `half-arsed’, but just to spend less than 15-20mins a day, either morning or night. I guess you could call me a casual PE enthusiast, but still, I don’t want to be wasting my time if I’m not doing enough.
I sort-of did PE a few years back when I was younger (I had a username on TP but can’t use it because my email address changed), but my interest was revived when I was talking to a close friend last week and he was bragging about how his ex’s complimented his size behind his back (figuratively speaking). It’d be nice if new acquaintances remembered me by personality, body, and schlong :)
So anyway, how much time do you guys dedicate to PE, and what would you consider the minimum time/amount of exercises needed to be effective?
