Time off

Im just wondering what everyone thinks about taken time off? Im in the middle of mid terms for my classes at uni. and im stressin with all the studying thats going on.

Do you think i can take like a week off, and get back into PE again easily? And when i get back into it, how hard should i go?

Your school is VERY important and I think that time off in this case is important. Set a goal and be VERY strict with yourself about it. When the week is up start posting about your experience and get involved again…PE is like a drug, if you hang around us your gonna do it. As far as what your routine should be after a week off…I would keep it the same as it is now.
