I’m doing kegels for 5 seconds each rep à la 50 times. Just wondering how many seconds I should rest between the kegels?

Ummmm well what are you doing now? I don’t think it really matters if it’s 1 second or 5 seconds. Just as long as you release the contraction after 5 seconds when doing a kegel.


Start: 7.2" BPEL, EG = 5"

Current: 7 7/8" BPEL, 7" NBPEL, 8" BPFSL, EG(midshaft) = 5 5/8"

Goal: 8" NBPEL, EG = 6.5"

I wait about 1 second between each repitition.


Start: 6.9 BPEL x 4.9 (17,5 x 12,5 cm)

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)

I’m resting about 3 seconds in between at the moment.

Always target to increase te total number of repititions and the power of the kegel every day. It becomes better and better this way.

I did 175 x 5 secods + a big one for 150 seconds today. I started just like you.

10 repititions increase per week sounds fair to me.

You think my PC will be much strenghten in three weeks? Relatively speaking that is. You see, my gf and I will see each other in three weeks (long distance relationship), and we’re celebrating 1 year. And I’d like to be able to hold my erection for some time, or even hold in my ejaculation and orgasm. Think that will be possible? Starting today.

I’m sure you can make it a lot better in 3 weeks, but I don’t know if you can hold ejaculation. In my experience, it required 110- 120 repititions for me to reach that level.
Just make sure your “kegel area” isn’t tired prior to sex though. Just after a kegel session, one is more likely to ejaculate. So you’ll need some time to rest(A few hours would be allright).

And,
don’t mind if you can’t reach very high levels in 3 weeks. You see: the important thing is to proceede. You may not improve your total repititions per day 10 reps. a week. But what if it’s 5? What more important is: not to go back. Gains will come itself if you keep it, you don’t have to try too hard.
