Tightness Of Jelq Grip?

Hey guys I was curious about how tight your grip should be while jelqing.. I’ve been doing it with a pretty tight grip and have not injured myself but am wondering if in grabbing alittle too tightly any insight?

Try being gentle. Your moving blood not squishing it.
