Tight Balls v. Loose Balls

I am under the impression that it is better to PE when your balls have a good hang to them. Generally in the morning my balls are usually a little tight/scrunched up near my body. In the afternoon they tend to drop down, so for me I think it is better to wait until the afternoon to PE.

When your balls are tight you usually don’t have a good flaccid hang either, and it is probably best to start a PE session when you have a good flaccid hang.

Do you all use the state of your balls as a PI? Do scrunched up balls always equate to a turtled penis for you? Or do you start your PE session disregarding whether you have a good flaccid hang or not?

My balls tend to hang based on my activity level and body temperature. When I’m cold, they ride high, When I’m warm/hot, they hang low. But I also find that they hang much better in the afternoon and evening. I think your flaccid is going to hang less when your balls scrunch up because they get in the way of your dick hanging down. Usually my balls drop as soon as I get my warmup on.

The penis and scrotum are essentially in concert with each other; as one reacts the other will follow, it is a package arrangement. The regulatory effects of the body are different across the population. The tissues will respond differently in terms of engorgement and expansion based on relaxation and surface area exposed, in general, it is advisable to schedule PE activities according to the physiological changes you mentioned but I do not believe it is counter-productive to exercise against the grain. After all a good warm-up will stimulate the relaxation of the package.

If I don’t have a good ball hang before my workout, a warmup generally will not cause me to hang better during my workout. My penis will be stretchy - but not as stretchy as it could be, and my balls will still be up and tight. My penis will also be more likely to shrink back to its normal length (since the balls are shrunken) rather than hang low in between my stretch and jelq session.

So for me, heat is not always the answer for a good ball hang. My warmups consist of 15 min moist microwave pack, sitting in front of an IR lamp. And I do my entire workout in front of an IR lamp, so you can see there is not a lack of heat.

Also this morning I have been sitting in sweatpants in front of my heater, but I can’t get my balls to drop - so I am waiting until they do to start my PE.

Cliffs: I feel that I have better workouts if I wait for my balls to naturally drop on their own because heating doesn’t always work.
