Tie your balls
Hey, one of my favorite parts of browsing these forums is that I can pick up different little techniques that people come up with and help get the most out of PE. I thought I would return the favor by sharing one of my discoveries.
When I am jelqing the skin at the base of my penis gradually starts pulling farther and farther up with every new grip from hand to hand. This was very bothersome for me and I would frequently have to release my grip and start over. I solved this problem by simply taking a hair tie and wrapping it tightly around my balls as close the the base of the penis as possible. I just made it tight enough where it would hold the skin where it was and not so much that I felt any discomfort. This may have been mentioned before or there may be a better alternative but I just thought I would share because I have had my best workouts and gains since I’ve started because I could keep my grip going and it felt like I was pushing the blood up my penis instead of just my skin.
