I am three weeks into PE. Just thought I would share. I don’t have a specific routine other than warm up/down. I used the information in the newbie routine section for the first one to two weeks. From there I modified my PE (carefully) to what I felt I could handle. I have had no injuries or discolorations. What I do have so far is greatly improved EG. I also notice a difference in the way my flaccid penis feels. I am so glad I found TP and all the great advice I found in the forums.
No new measurements yet. Will tackle that next week.
