Three months in..
So, like the title says I’m 3 months into my PE and well I haven’t made any significant gains, and even the gains I think I have could sadly be measurement errors.
Basically I don’t know where I go from here… my routine started off real light and slowly got more intense each week Routine…
I have noticed one thing that i feel could mean I’ve done something wrong or have maybe overdone it abit and that’s my penis being “tough” and not as ‘stretchy’ as it was when i first started, I was wondering if anyone has this and has still gained??
Should i take some time off and restart with a different routine? or shall i carry on with a new routine with less/more intensity?
Any advice on where to go from here would be hugely appreciated.
