Three days into it
I started my routine three days ago and had some questions.
Am I supposed to get those little brown spots that are burst blood vessels? Every body talks about them but I haven’t gotten any.
I can’t seem to keep my penis at a constant level wile jelquing what should I do? It usually goes from about 80% to 50% by the end of the 10 minutes I do the work out for.
How hard should I be stretching? Right now I am doing it as hard as I can before my grip starts to slip, I can definitely feel the pressure on my ligs so I am doing this right correct?
Also every time I bend over to put my shoes on or something I have a shard stabbing pain just under my skin right next to my belly button. This isn’t PE related right? I just want to make sure because I am going to the doctor tomorrow to get it checked out.
