Thread for the Slow Gainers

Thread for the Slow Gainers

So I’ve been on/off PE in the past and always ended up stopping due to time or motivation

This time I decided to keep at it for one whole month, no excuses

I just passed that monthly mark and decided to measure, imagine my disappointment when I had no
Gains at all, no difference from my initial measurements. Now I know that PE is a slow process but
Having nothing to show for after a month of time and effort is pretty disheartening. I have just been
Following the basic routine religiously

5m warmup
30s streches 5 directions/helicopter stretch
10-20m of 5s jelqing (some start/stop since erection is not consistent)
5m warm down
50 kegels

2 on 1 off

I don’t see anything done wrong, I have gotten all the good PIs but I don’t have any gains, the only
Positive change is that my penis feels “plumper” but after measuring it shows that I’m still at the same
Girth size.

Where do slow gainers go from here? Should I still stick to the newbie routine?

Be patient my friend it took me around 3 months before I started gaining.

And I done pretty well with over an inch in length.

Keep on the routine your doing for another month if you have not gained increase the intensity of your stretches and up the number of jelqs you do.

Try not to get disheartened.

There are few slow gainers (or hard gainers) here.

To make you feel better, I have been doing dedicated PE for 6 months, gained only 1/4”.

I am not giving up. I just need to find what works for me. The newbie routine is standard and most members respond positively with it. I didn’t respond well to newbie routine at all because manual stretch is a nightmare for me.

Have you measured your bone-pressed flaccid stretch? If you are gaining BPFSL, your BPEL may follow closely.

A “plumper” penis is a good indication that you are in the right direction.

Continue with your routine. I suspect that guys like us have tougher tunica and more tensed smooth muscle that are resistance to force. A gentler, consistent approach may be more suitable.

It’s like if you put too much force, you penis reacts by resisting (which toughens your penis not lengthening). So you need to find the balance of the time and force used in your routine. This is why I changed my routine after 4 months of disappointment to a gentle, progressive approach to PE.

DON’ GIVE UP.

(starting: Jun 2007) 5.75" BPEL x 5" EG / (Sept 11, 2011) 6.375" BPEL x 5.125" EG / (July 1st, 2014) 6.25" BPEL x 5.125" EG (lost a bit of size)

If your routine is yielding nothing but positive P.I.s but you aren’t seeing any gains, then you need to ramp up a bit. At this point, I would advise you to increase duration and not intensity. Maybe try switching to a 5 on 2 off routine, or 3 on 1 off.

It’s not really that we are slow gainers, perse. We just have to be more precise in how we approach our PE. Some people can do haphazard PE and grow like weeds, with virtually no effort and very little time spent. Lucky bastards they are.

But people like us have to dial into a very small “window of growth”, as sparkyx likes to refer to it as. You just have to be smart, watch your P.I.s closely, and make small changes to what you’re doing. That way you’ll be sure not to leapfrog right over your growth zone.

No, I don’t think this is the case. I think people like us are less willing to post about it because we are constantly surrounded by stories of grandeur. You also have to factor in that some of these stories are, at least in some part, total BS.

I agree. There are many rosy stories on here. When I first joined this site, I was under the impression that a newbie should at least make 1/2 - 3/4” within 3 months time. Apparently this is not the case for some of us.

“Slow Gainer” is not a bad way to describe some of us. The fact that we have to go through “trial and errors” for months (and even years) to just gain what many newbies can achieve within 6 months does put us in the “slow gaining” category. The “window of growth” period is very precise and can be challenging to define. It does take a lot of time to fine tune the techniques and routine.

In any event, “hard gainer, slow gainer or whatever” still implies that WE WILL GAIN!! WE DO NOT GIVE UP. :-)

For the last few days, my flaccid has never been more “soft and spongy”. This made me realize how much I was abusing my unit when I was doing too much during newbie routine.
