Thoughts on newbie routing

Hey all, I’m just looking for feedback on my routine… I’m a relative newbie (pumped and done a little jelq before, but nothing consistent).

- Warm Up: 4 hot wraps (around 30s each)
- Stretching - don’t know name of this one,
pull flacid wang toward navel, hold stretch and do 100 kegels.
then pull it the other way and do 50 rev. kegels

- Pump at 4-5 Hg for 7min
- Regular jelq for 7min
- Pump at 4-5 Hg for 7min
- 7 min stretch jelq

That’s about it, afterward I generally do some ‘edging’ for a few minutes, but don’t ejec.
