Thoughts on 1 on, 2 (or 3) off routine?
Meant to post this in the Main Member forum, but I can’t start new threads there yet (understandable).
I was wondering how many members here have tried a 1 on, 2 (or even 3) off approach using just manual exercises. What kind of results did you get? I did a search and couldn’t find much on this specifically, mostly just information about people who noticed gains after extended breaks. I’m wondering, if extended deconditioning breaks lead to gains for some when they start back up, isn’t it possible that a lighter routine (i.e. 1 on, 2 or 3 off) to begin with could lead to steady gains throughout and in essence, partially take away from the need for decon breaks? If anyone has tried this, it would be great if they could share their experiences. Everyone’s thoughts would be appreciated.
