Hello all,

I have been going at this consistantly for quite some time now, and have had some success in length gains. However, I really wanted to make gains in the girth which so far hasn’t eventuated. So now I’m coming here to ask you guys (and girls) for tips on the best way to achieve gains in girth. Does clamping really work?

The best thing for girth I would say would be indeed clamping. It is an advanced technique that would require an absolute MINIMUM of 3 months of conditioning prior. The more the better though, as injuries will greatly set you back.

You might want to check out the pumpers forum, I’ve heard great success stories. But personally high erection jelqs are what I’m doing and they seem to work. Hell try em all and see what works best (over a period of time of course, and you have to complete your newbie routine).

Folks do realize that we have been doing penile exercises for more than four months. Be careful when doing these, this is not a newbie exercise, just like hanging is not a newbie exercise.

They are very effective for a longer period of time than most girth exercises I have tried. Excllent flaccid size for a greater part of the day and a lot of increase during the exercise period. But gains are slowing down now.
