And you said you doing 120-150 stretching reps everyday, but how long you hold each stretch?

But it explains what dynamic stretching is and that’s the point. Every OTHER day worked best for me. The hold should be only for a second or two.

Did you only do this dynamic stretching? Nothing else, no jelq for example?

Yea I did some jelq to warm up as I am older than I was way back. That did make it thicker easier. Like 100 to 150. But way back when I first started and grew my initial inch I just kinda went for it. There wasn’t alot of instruction then. Just don’t pump too high too fast until you are used to it is all I can say. It should NOT HURT. It should feel GOOD. Hope this helps.

I just used a regular novelty pump from an adult store. Get a length that is about an inch or so larger. Not too wide. They let me look at them in the store.. Just ask.

In the pumping section here they can steer you to a new high quality pump if you desire. Newart or some such.

Oh yea I have noticed that the length will generally be around 1/8-1/4” less than it is when stretched in the pump and you will start to notice little stretch marks beneath the head,

As I noted in an earlier response you will start to notice tiny stretch marks beneath the head. Your actual length will be generally 1/8-1/4” less than it is when stretched in the tube.

Homer - Monday of this week I started doing the dynamic stretching as you described and find that I get noticeably better expansion than I used to with my pump. Thanks for the good info! I jelq just before starting and also take a few jelq breaks along the way to 100 reps and this seems to be working well for me. I am following the routine 5 on 2 off. Of course it is too early for any measurable gains, but my flacid is definitely better already.

Today I read your post about the “tiny stretch marks” so I checked and sure enough, I have one just below the glans as you described! Do the stretch marks coincide with gains? How many of these stretch marks do you have? Any further info you can give would be much appreciated.

Avocet8 has an old thread: Pumping when you have ED which outlines a similar procedure for improving EQ. Also, the CTC DP 4000 computerized penis pump will modulate the vacuum pressure automatically in accordance with a program that you design for it. I believe the term usually associated with this process is “pulse pumping.”

I guess I have about a 1/8” area just below the head that you can tell is stretch mark area or whatever. I just posted some pics (The 2nd set). Not Bad For an Old Guy. Hopefully you can see what I am talking about.

It would seem you should research the Pumpers section and then read the original post on this thread. It’s pretty well explained. If you have any questions then ask.

He seems to have a handle on it and having some results.

Again nothing is written in stone. I just related my experience and I am sure others who try this will integrate it into their own style and routine.

During a pump session I rarely stay “static” for more then a few minutes at a time. Once you have a good seal and start packing the tube you can cycle the vac up and down a lot. I don’t keep count of these reps but along with milking the tube and kegeling it seems to over all give the dick a better workout. Set and forget is too lazy a pump routine for me.

Actually, dynamic stretches causes less injury exactly because is less effective at stretching tissues. A stretched tissue is temporarily weaker, so unable to resist to the force generated doing strong and explosive movements. Dynamic stretches will create stronger tissues, that’s why is found to help power generation.
