Well I joined here how ever long ago. (I’m kinda computer derp)
All I did was read and read and READ but I never acted on any of it. Then I did start with the newb routine but the way I wanted I guess.
I really don’t stretch all that much.
Routine
Wake up
Head to the hot hot shower
Stretch for about 2 min (all direction in that two, not very much stretching, all under the hot shower)
V stretch(parts of the penis starting at the base working my way up from all sides, all under the hot water)
JELQ about 250 a day( can’t really put a time on it)
Now on the jelq at one point after only doing like 50 a session I just jumped up to 200. No “workout” pain. So I bumped another 100 and so on and so on I got up to about 800 then feeling the “burn” I jumped back down after a month of that to 250.
Stretch some more( all under hot shower) once I’m done with the shower I’m done with the routine.
So I’m not to hardcore on all the working out cause I’ve been reading on some other peoples misfortunes and I really don’t want that to happen to me. So I’m taking it slow.
Also on the girth thing. Without knowing it I guess I am probably saying this wrong but I’m “dry pumping or jelqing” like when I’m jerking the girkin I will start at the base and just grab tight and go up to about the rim of my head and pull back down making my veins come to life(all with a strong erection)
. I do that alot and I don’t know if that has something to do with the girth.
Also my girth gains came first and fast. And all throughout this time I can’t remember when but I just up and quit everything. Don’t know why just did. But I back on the train(thank goodness)
AND ON ANOTHER TOPIC when I started actually doing all of this I was a fatty lumpkins at about 250 6foot. And I started taking acai supplement and I lost about 15 lbs in about a month. No physical work out. Then I started taking zinc along with it and started losing more weight. THEN I started taking red ginsing(Korean ginsing, panax) that’s when I lost up to about 30 lbs. After losing all that weight my penis has blossomed. So that might also have something to do with it. Oh along with a b multi vitamin with all the b vitamins in one. And I’m now taking acai zinc the super b vitamin daminia korean ginsing. Losing more weight and more dick seems to be liking all the supplements.
Real quick has anyone actually tried the holy mother cum load booster thing? I can’t remember his name but it has zinc and all kinds of other supplements?
