This might be elementary, but...
I´m not really new to PE, however I´m new to the theory behind it. I did try it out a few years ago and did some jelqing but didn´t notice much of a change at the time. The info I got back then was that the purpose was to stretch the penis and making it grow, like in the classic example with the neck rings.
Now I understand that the purpose of jelq exercises is to move the blood rather than stretching the penis. Knowledge and understanding like this is fundamental to get good results and do the exercises right, so this is great. I´m glad I found this place!
So, to my actual question, after a good workout my penis gets larger, even in erect state. This is what we´re after, right? When it´s bigger after exercise that´s a good sign and a sign that things are progressing, or at least will progress?
