Were you using the extender for at least 2 hours everyday? You complained about pain, did you use padding? The general consensus is extenders are good to supplement with a primary routine. I wouldn’t give up on them entirely.

A bigger gain routine is nice I just want some if any gains. I would use the extender about 2 to 3 hours a day. When I would measure before I had started using the extender I would be at 6.75 the day after the extender barely 6. I am not doing this right or maybe my penis just doesn’t wanna be messed with.

Man that sucks. I ordered a x4 extender about two weeks ago. I had UPS call me up and say the US government is not allowing any medical devices past the border without a social security number. Weird huh. But I was hoping to use it as a additional stretcher because my hands get tired. I do personally believe ADS can work not only from all the Threads I have read on them but also from the clinical studies they have done from them. I think the X4 is will be superior to the Jes because of its Hybrid system but I don’t know lets see. It still sucks thought that the ADS didn’t work for you.

I’m not happy that it didn’t work for me I am very happy for those it has helped though. I am going to continue a little while longer and see what happens guess we’ll see I’m doubting any results after what I’ve seen.

Okay New things developing all the time. So my buddy and I are talking about PEing and he is telling me that he Also lost length when he started using an extender. He went to clamping and gained back about a 1/8 of an inch but gained a lot in girth. He told me he has heard of other people losing length and that extenders may cause impotence faster.. Is this true?

I guess it depends on the individual and how your penis reacts to different methods and exercises. I tried an ADS with an extender for a period of time and at the end of each day my cock just wanted to retreat and turtle in submission. In that respect for me at least, ADS wasn’t working and was counter-productive to my routine of Jelqs and manual stretches, as I would just end up with a limp noodle at the end of each day.
I’m not saying that ADS doesn’t work at all, in fact for some it’s probably great, it’s just that it did make me loose length long term.
As for extenders causing impotence, that I couldn’t say. Any type of PE has it’s risks.

I think airic is maybe a classic case of too much too soon producing overtraining.

If you were a novice to running you wouldn’t go out and try the 4 minute mile, you’d do more damage than good.

You need to revert to the newbie routine and progress slowly. Your rapid start may have done more damage than good in terms of what I call ‘strengthening’ rather than deforming the area for growth.

Also forget 8x6, if you EVER get there it will take years, but I have seen very few gain 1.5” in girth. Be realistic, be consistent and up your routine and you should gain something, which is better than nothing.
