I’ve been PEing for three months now and I am amazed at the results. I started PE at 5.5 BPEL. I had gained quickly for the first month and then the gains slowed to the point that I quit measuring because I didn’t want to become discouraged. Wednesday, on a lark, I decided to measure my morning wood. Holy cow! I now measure 6.875 BPEL. That’s a gain of 1.375 in 3 months. Had anyone told me three months ago that I would be approaching 7 inches today, I would have thought they were insane, but here it is. I do have pictures of my entire PE history with a ruler, but don’t have them on the computer. When I reach my first goal of 7 inches, I will post comparison pictures from each noticed gain.

Congrats on your gains. Almost 1.5” in 3 months is really impressive. It makes me think I can achieve the same results. I’d be happy with any gains right now.

I at first tried to do the newbie routine, but found it to be too much, too soon. I did work my way up to it. I must admit thought that I did not do it for the entire 3 months before changing it up. I feel that you must keep in tune with your body. The newbie routine works, I just didn’t enjoy it enough to ensure that I would be consistent, so after a while I changed it enough to enjoy it. Now, I never miss a workout day. I’m also a firm believer in rest days. Just remember, we are all different. What works for me, may not work for you, and vice versa.

Hey HangingB-low could you tell us your initial LOT?

I have a 7-7:30 LOT and i did PE for 22 hours in my first month with 0 gains. I attributed my lack of success to my low LOT, thats why i am curious.

Great hearing about your gains. I’m interested in how you use the Autoext and ADS, as I also have both, but have not used either yet for a reasonable time. I have a nagging feeling that I may be ‘overdoing’ it by using these devices in between PE sessions, perhaps hindering growth. My routine at present is Pumping 101.

I would like to hear how you use Monkeybars products, which are very well made I’m sure you’ll agree.

My initial LOT was around 10 o’clock. It’s now around 8:30. I’m still unsure about LOT having anything to do with gains except for hanging which I’ll be starting in perhaps another month.

I do agree, Monkeybar’s products are very well made.

I use Monkeybar’s ADS on every workout day for up to 8 hours total wear time. I wear the strap just under my knee. I use a wrap with it since without a wrap I tend to get skin pinching.

The AutoEXT is every workout day also. I could only tolerate using it for short periods when I first got it until my penis got used to the clamp. Now I only have moderate soreness from it. Not enough to be uncomfortable though.

The way I use the AutoEXT is I clamp it about half way down my flaccid penis after pulling the skin back from the glans to minimize the amount of skin between the clamp and the head. I wear it straight up at as much tension as I can stand without actual pain for 1 hour on one day, and straight down on the next day. I started with the short bars, but have now moved up to the medium bars. Sometimes I will sit on the computer for that hour and wear it straight out.

I also incorporate wet/dry jelqs, manual stretches, and pumping. Usually my PE routine lasts 2 hours or more, 4 days a week. I then take 3 rest days. Sometimes on rest days, my penis will want to turtle so I use either the AutoADS, or an Ace Bandage as a traction wrap for a couple of hours.

Congrats on very respectable gains. Make sure you cement them! It’d be a shame to lose that much.

I would never be able to dedicate that much time to PE, but your routine has reassured somewhat regarding the ADS/AutoEXT.

Thanks. Every gain keeps me going for more. I’m not sure if I’ll ever stop completely since PE has given me not only a larger penis, but also a healthier one. I figure when I reach whatever size I finally stop at, I’ll still do a light routine just for the health of it.

For the first couple of months I did no more than 30 minutes, not including the pumping, so it surely is possible to gain with a limited schedule. The ADS helps keep a good downward stretch for hours at a time. After I seemed to reach a plateau, I decided to try Big Girtha’s idea of never letting it turtle. I think that may have helped me break that plateau.

Don’t give up. 30 minutes a day for four days a week will certainly give gains. (IMO)
