Think it's time to increase intensity
I am 8 weeks in my PE journey and my routine currently is…
3 min warm up (washcloth wrap over warm water)
5 min manual stretches, 30 sec all directions
5 min warm up
8 min jelq
8 min edging
5 min warm down with kegels
I have been very cautious so far and want to take it slow and steady to avoid injury. I feel I am getting a good workout but not seeing consistent wood at night and mornings. Otherwise EQ is great. Flaccid hang is awsome. Never negative PI’s. I am afraid of under traing. On days I do my routine and have sex that evening my night wood is raging. This would lead me to believe my dick is not getting enough during my actual workout.
Was thinking about gradually increasing jelq time to 15 min. Also when stretching I have noticed much less tension on my ligs. Particularly on the left side due to my left hang. (Before tension on the left was considerably tighter) Does this mean I need to start with v stretches to work the tunica? Any thoughts on routine changes are welcome.
