Ok so still been going one on, one off up until last week. Due to my schedule had to take Friday and Saturday off. Did my routine yesterday (Sunday) and had great wood last night. Think I might throw in a two day break every two weeks or so to change it up a bit. Don’t want him to get too used to the same routine. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Going to continue with a very light routine for now. My EQ has been really good so I know I am doing the right thing. Might give it till the eom, measure and up it slightly if needed. (Meaning if no new growth noted)

Making some good progress lately and thought I would share. The past couple weeks my schedule has been hectic and following the 1 on 1 off schedule has been difficult. Sometimes I would end up 2 on 1 off or 2 on 2 off. I have noticed with 2 on 2 off I get very good wood at night. Also my BPFSL is up to 7 1/2”, a very encouraging sign I must say! Have not measured erect in a while, but planning to soon. As far as my routine I have kept it low intensity and I’m sure it is working.

3 min warmup
5 min manual stretches
3 min warmup
5 min wet jelq
5 min edging
5 min warm down with kegels
