So did my routine yesterday after one day of rest.
3 min warm up
5 min manual stretches
5 min warm up
5 min jelq (wet)
5 min edging
5 min warm down with kegels.
I have changed my jelqing grip slightly. Instead of doing a complete ok grip with the thumb contacting the forefinger under the shaft, I am doing more if a “u” grip. This is overhand btw. I noticed that with this grip you get more force with less effort, which needs constant monitoring as to not do too much. Last night I woke up several times with slight wood, but not even close to the wood I got Wednesday night, my first day back from break. I am thinking I need to keep with 1 on 1 off for a while, maybe a week or two and pay close attention to force applied. Hopefully night wood will stay consistent. If it drops or gets random on me not sure what to do?!?! The obvious choice would be to take another break and come back with even less PE. I feel though now I am doing the minimum one could do. Night/morning wood is the only aspect of EQ I struggle with. Hardness and ease are still good. Does 1 on 1 off sound like a good plan for now?
