Think it's time to increase intensity

Girth gains in the future is what I am most excited about. I have noticed over the past few weeks what appears to be growth in the area between the circ scar and the gland. It is noticeable flaccid and erect. More so on my right side than the left. (maybe because I hang left) When erect it is very hard to the touch and is obviuosly something new. Anyone else experience this?

So still on break. Today hang was awesome. Just been doing piss pulls, kegels and some light fowfers in the evening. If I get a chance this afternoon going to start back, but most likely will be tomorrow. Going to go with same routine as before but only 5 minutes of jelqing with moderate force. See what kind of EQ that creates for the first week or so then make changes (slowly!) as needed. My night morning wood according to my log started to get better at night 5 of my break. Noticed (key word) great wood for the next few days then EQ seemed to drop just a bit to where I am now. Been checking bpfsl and has been hodling steady at 7 1/4” during my break. I’m sure now is the time to get back on routine.

Started back with PE yesterday! Did 5 min jelq with moderate force, 5 min edging. Woke up this morning rock hard. It was the best morning wood I have had since starting PE. 😎 Today hang is great also. Going to take today off and workout Friday, Saturday.

Thanks Behemoth. I am very exited about my return to PE. It’s like a I am a newbie again, except this time around I hope to make less mistakes. This break has been good for me. Have been doing a lot of reading and came across some obvious information and realization. Since starting PE I have been driven to build a more conditioned penis, thinking this is what I needed to make real gains. However the more conditioned one gets, the more difficult it is to gain. (Correct me if I am wrong…PLEASE lol) I do understand that conditioning is important to perform advanced excercises like clamping and 440’s, a couple of routine additions I am looking foward too implementing in the future to get girth gains. Anyway for now, slow and steady is the recipe for success. And taking periodic breaks however might seem like wasting precious time, it is truly beneficial to a healthy and productive PE career.

Going to continue with a light routine for at least the next couple weeks and hopefully EQ will thrive! 🍌 If it does not by chance, will reduce force and go 1 on 1 off for a week and see if it improves.

Last thoughts. If any info I have stated is not accurate please correct me. I am still learning and this is just is my take on the research I have done. Do not want to give anyone else still learning false information. 😊

I’m sort of disappointed (not really) that I got what I wanted so fast, I am interested in trying new exercises, but I don’t want any more growth, I think one of the keys for me was taking two week breaks and coming back easy and building intensity till I felt that I was going a bit to hard, then another break. Now I struggle a bit with wanting to do more than I need for EQ. Life is funny. :)

Agreed Behemoth. During my routine I am constantly worrying, “am I using enough force? I need to use more force!” Going to have to work on my self control issues!

No I haven’t but I’m a bit over 7 BP by a bit over 6 around.

I’m not sure to know what erect squeezes are. Do you mean ULI’S? Or Kegeling while erect?

Sounds like squeezing the penis while erect :D . I’d really like to learn a nice manual exercise for girth but it may be a bit early to get into extremities for me.
