Hi guys, I need some advice from experience jelqing brothers . My case is the following : I have been doing jelq for 1 month to now , and yesterday I feel a litlle pain when doing my routine.. The pain comes when I move my erect/semi erect penis up or down, and when I’m doing the stroke to start the jelq.
My rountine is 1 day on and 1day off, of about 30m of jelq only(and yes, I alway do the warn up/down for some few minutes).I didnt think that I overtrained my unit cause I’m doing only 1 day on 1 day off !but I rly don’t know..
I hope someone has a experience like mine and can give me some advice.. I rly wanna get into my objective but I know that I must take care with hurting myself. So any help you guys can give me will be great!

What kind of pain? Look carefully if you don’t have a cut or abrasion.

Hard to describe.. Its like some kind of pression/pull in the very up(sometimes right) base of my penis.

I don’t get what you are saying buddy. Up? You mean top? Near the glans?

Hey 7inch. I think that you have just overtrained a bit. The first step is off course, to take a little break. And then, when your dick starts feeling normal, try a less intense on/off days routine. Also, I think that 30 minutes of jelqing is too much for a newbie like you - looking at your join date, if that’s when you started PE. Don’t rush it.

Portuguese : Sinto dor movendo meu penis ereto/semi-ereto para cima ou para baixo. A dor é localizada(principalmente) na parte de cima do meu penis perto da base(praticamente no local onde meu penis se encontra com meu corpo).

Thanks for your awser , I just never though I would be overtraining since I take 48h of rest between my sessions. By the way , I started after my join date. I really don’t wanna to break my routine, but if I didnt feel normal tomorrow I think that I will. Sad that noone here seems to have passed by this kind of injury/descomfort.

Ok. It is a lig and/or tunica sprain. Take 2 weeks off, than restart pulling with mild force. PE isn’t about breaking your penis.

First off all, You had to post this in injuries section, Second thing you must take a bit rest, When you start again, Do it with a bit more erection and less pressure, A lower erection, with more force you will be literally stretching, You know what I mean, So 80% erection, And lighter grip, 1 month into jelqing, Your penis still didn’t get used to it, Good luck

Hey marinera, thanks for ur time and sry for my english again. Today my penis is feeling better than yesterday, but I still thinking in take some rest if I feel a minimal pain when erect, I just don’t wanna lose the few gains I allready made..

Descanse por uma semana e, caso a dor passe, volte a fazer PE (jelq) com menor intensidade, Ok?!

Caso queira ganhos em comprimento, uma série de estiramentos (2 séries: 5 direções / 30 seg. Cada) antes da sessão de Jelq deve lhe ajudar.

Mas apenas recomendo isso pra daqui a algumas semanas, quando seu pênis já tiver recuperado plenamente.
