Goodnight everyone.

Aside of increasing my penis health and achieving a long life enjoying optimum sexual health, my other goal is to reach a fat unit. And as we all know how to achieve girth in a solid and consistent way, we need to smooth the tunic.

Stretching really affects my EQ so I do not do more than 5 minutes.

Things I think can help:
-Calor
-Stretch of 30 seconds
-Struggles up(stretch towards)

I’m working on TTr(by Xeno) but i don’t know if this is for newbies.

I would be very grateful to receive tips and tips of all kinds. Thank you for your thoughts and time.

I’m a newbie, but from my understanding, stretching makes your penis more pliable and therefore makes it easier for you to do jelqs which is great for girth.

That’s my POV seniors can agree/disagree ?

I had read that before and also for a duration of 30 seconds but the truth is that in my personal case when I stretch I is harmed so I will opt for a week without strecht because strechtes make sufer my EQ.

I’m pretty sure anyone who is working on length suffers from lower EQ at times dude. I know I do, but it’s a tradeoff. Once you reach your desired length then you focus back on girth and your EQ will pop right back up and you’ll have your new length to show with it. You can also try jelquing after a length workout, or even doing some girth exercises after a length workout as long as you don’t overdo and injure yourself, but you should be tuned to your body to be able to prevent this.
