First post was in the Newbie Lose Your Virginity postings, but a member suggested I do my own post and probably more people would pitch in to help. Here’s the original post:

OK. This is my first post ever. I don’t know if this is the best place to post this, or if I should post it in another place.so point me in the correct direction for help.

I’ve gained 7/8 inch in erect length, none in erect width, 5/8 in flaccid length, 1/2 in in flaccid width. I started a version of the Newbie Routine in August 2009 and kept records for about a year. Now I’m still going, but I stopped gaining according to my records in April 2010.

Around April I thought I should just persevere and keep at it, but I have still not gained for almost nine months.

Should I start an extender/hanger? I’m in school for at least 3 more quarters, before graduation.so I do have “hang time” during my studies where I can close the door and tell people I am studying and have the private time. Thus, I was thinking maybe an extender/hanger would be good now, when I actually have the time to do it..

What’s up? ANY SUGGESTIONS truly appreciated.especially from you long time members.

Here’s my routine:
Started off with warm wrap, oriental massage (pull out 10 times 4 directions: straight-right-left-down total 40 reps, jelq out 10 times 4 directions: straight-right-left-down total 40 reps, circle it 10 times, pull out touch head to thigh 10 times each thigh), jelqing 50 reps 4 directions: straight-right-left-down total 200 reps, towel raises 60 reps 4 times total 240 reps, slapping 50, warm wrap. Did some hanging with the Captain’s Wench, but dick seemed to always go cold and blue with me and got more turkey skin.

If anyone thinks looking at my spreadsheet would to give more advice, I can e-mail it to you.

I’ve never hit one so I have no personal advice but have you tried searching by title under plateau and read the relevant threads? I assume you have been progressively adding to your routine. Many do gain by hanging or use of extenders after a more hands on approach but everyone is different.

Yes - for more length you are going to have to begin hanging or using an extender. If the captain’s wench was not comfortable for you then I suggest using a silicon vaccum hanger, they are very comfortable. For more girth you should look into clamping, which is a very powerful girth gaining technique but one that carries signifficant danger for the ill-informed, so make sure to do plenty of reading on it first.

If you decide to start these advanced techniques then I also recommend you look into getting an infrared lamp and do some reading on the practicality of IR heat in PE. Goodluck :)

I’m unfamiliar with your terminology, could you please specify what are “oriental massage”, “circle” and “pull out touch head to thigh”?

I can’t tell the intensity and total duration of your workout, but I think there’s still room to grow from manual exercises and hanging can probably wait.

I’m still gaining from manual stretching (after gaining 1” of BPEL) and I’m planning to start V/A stretches soon (I used to do them months ago), did you ever do those?

Maybe you should consider making a 1-2 week break and try out BTC stretching and V/A stretching, if you haven’t already.

Thanks again for responding bro! Ya, I added on more reps of jelqing for more time.started off jelqing 100 reps and at my max hit 22 minutes jelqing. Gains took place the first 7 months.

After no gains then took a break in june/july.

Then started hanging in august using the captain’s wench. I started with 3 sets of 20 min. And at my max did 6 sets of 20 minutes.no gains period and my dick hurt.

Thanks man for responding! I have been reading here over the last year and a half on exercises, etc. I heard one the long time guys say it is best to work on length, then go for width after you reach your length goal. Thus, I’ve held off clamping.

Any sugs for silicon vacuum hanger to make or buy?

I’ll have to do some reading on the infrared.never heard of it.and I thought I had read a lot on here.just shows how much of a newbee I am.

Could you expand on the infrared thing?

When thunder’s was not taking any more members because they couldn’t handle anymore at the time, I started looking for videos to help me understand the how to for enlargement (I.e., at that time thunder’s only offered the vids to members) I came across idealsupplements.com where big al posted some videos. That is where I got the oriental massage. If you want to look at it here it is:

I did v/a stretches.tried to look back on my spreadsheet for them though and I must have just did them a few times and didn’t incorporate them into a routine because I didn’t note them.wait aren’t v/a’s the same as jai stretches.I did note those.

I did a break june-july because I moved and things were hectic. Thought my growth had ended, but I read on here to persevere.over time growth happens again, so I started back up with a vengeance in aug. I stopped keeping records in october because I also read if you keep measuring it you’ll just get discouraged, do the routine, don’t measure for a few months.

I’d go with the extender, if lenght is your priority. You can make it by yourself (there are instructions somewhere) or buy one on ebay for few bucks I think. Don’t spend more than 50$ on an extender, anyway.

If your gains are stalling, try more heat!

Any IR designed to heat tissue will penetrate and do the job we want it to do. For us it’s a matter of physics - heat the tissue and it becomes more pliable. Phillips make excellent IR lamps. 150 watt is the ideal bulb.

IR is a clean, instant and easy way to do it, and penetrates better than other forms of heat. (Actually all forms of moist heat will penetrate well, but are messier, and IMO not quite as efficient as IR, as they cannot be used while exercising).

Protecting testicles is essential - just pull your under-pants down to cover them and tuck a couple of layers of folded white paper towel (kitchen roll) into the waist band, covering your testicles. The white will reflect the light back (and under your dick a bit). They are also useful for cleaning up after jelqing!

Avoid having too large a spread of light heating your abs and thighs too much (bulbs larger than 150 watt mean you have to sit farther away and this becomes a problem). The sub-cutaneous blood will heat up and be circulated around your body. Lengthy periods of this can cause a mild faint feeling like heat-stroke. Not good. So if you feel a bit faint, weak, sick etc., lay off the IR throughout the routine and just turn it on to re-heat your penis as needed.

The back of your hand is far more temperature sensitive than the palmar side, so use the back of your hand to judge the level of heat. The penis is not a very heat sensitive organ; you don’t want to end up cooking it ‘medium-rare’.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

V/A stretches are not the same as JAI stretches. JAI stretches are basically a lot of short stretches with short breaks in between, while V/A stretches are stretches that target the tunica by adding a fulcrum with your fingers (or some other object).

Right now I’m at 30 minutes of BTC stretching and 25 minutes of SD (straight down) stretching per session (which is usually divided in morning and evening), just to show you how little 10 minutes of stretching is. :)

Thanks for the note man! I’m going to have to read up on this.sounds like I have to protect my balls so the little guys don’t die. Have you noticed your cum loads going down after using it?
