Bone pressed doesn’t seem like cheating. The penis is technically that length, and if you’re balls deep, she’s going to feel the bone pressed length, not the visual length. Your fat pad will be compressed when you thrust. It won’t look as long, but it’ll feel as long.

I have found that girth gains are easier to get with just stretching and jelqing no other aids.
Length comes easier with hanging and other aids.
