The Working Man's Routine?
As I will finish out my third month of the ‘newbie routine’ in the next few weeks, I will be looking at additional options or ramping up the difficulty of the newbie routine.
Currently doing manual stretching at 10 angles held 30s/angle + 200 wet jelqs at 2 days on, 1 off.
I’ve noticed many of the post-‘newbie routine’ routines require quite extensive periods of time during the day. I’m curious about what our working stiffs are doing? Those of you who put in 8-12 hour days and then are at the gym or other post-work activity for 1-2 hours, etc and so forth. Clearly spending hours on PE everyday is not in the cards for all of us. And god bless those who have that time. May your units grow to the size of a walrus.
But for those with less time to devote, who’s got the best Working Man’s Advanced Routine?
