I’m now at a stage, though still extremely early in my PE career, where I have total, 100% motivation. I’ve done lots of reading, and settled on a routine, with plans for expansion in the future.

Part of my routine includes fairly regular rest days. Unfortunately, not being able to do much on these days is KILLING ME!! It’s driving me nuts sitting around not doing anything. Can anyone suggest anything?

I am also incredibly anxious to reach my goals..

The waiting that’s killing me the most at the moment, however, is my wait to get my modified AutoExtender and Xleeves. (I have andro ADS but even after about a thousand permutations that I have tested in trying to make it more comfortable, I still cannot wear it for more than about 40 minutes, limiting my wearing per day to about 4 hours.

So I checked the prices and currency conversions of what I wanted and everything and went to transfer the money to paypal (I don’t have a credit card), and it took fucking 6 days to transfer. So I FINALLY go to pay for the Vac stuff, get to checkout, and look at that! My products are 3.2% more expensive than they should be! I check paypal’s conversion rate and, yes, its 3.2% higher than the official rate. Fucking criminals they are.

So now I have to wait another 6 agonizing days before I can place my order, followed by another 1 to 2 weeks for it to arrive :(

One of the reasons I’m in such a hurry is there is a girl I haven’t seen for a long time who is returning from oversees, and I really wanted to show her a ‘whole new me’. But time is running out! She arrives in 3 weeks. It’s gonna be hard not to overdo it.

I guess you could do fowfers on your days off, but I don’t think that if you got your extender today that you would have significant enough gains that she may notice. It sounds like you may be on a path to an injury if you will be rushing to get a bigger unit before this girl arrives. I would take it slow because it would be better to have the unit you have now and FUNCTIONAL, than to overdo it with your extender and possibly get an injury from overusing it. Looking at your stats too I don’t think you have anything to worry about, just be confident.

Rest days drive me nuts too, it feels like I should be doing something, but I fight off the urge to PE during them. And dont sweat it with that girl, not worth risking an injury for.

You are going to really like the Xleeves, I just got my order a few days ago, and I am just blown away. The comfort, mobility and how well they work is unbelievable. Do guard against body hair getting tangled & pulled. I think an Xleeve is a toolbox “must have”.

Which colours/types of sleeves did you get?

I selected the “Starter” kit/package, with the most flexible silicon sleeve, and also ordered the 5.5 oz weight. I went mall walking this morning, and wore it. The sensations and the swinging motion were exhilarating, to say the least.

I will order a couple extra sleeves, from the upgrade web page next month.

I used to have the same problem to wear my ADS but not anymore, I am wearing it now with “cock cage”. It is silicone based that cut down the pain and I am able to wear my ADS for more than 12hours a day.

Yeah I can’t stand edging. And I only have one day off stretching a week.

Hmm, I actually make a point of not kegeling on off days. I have a very intense kegel routine which I got from a lovely thread somewhere on this site (20 minutes of 5 second max force kegels followed by 20 minutes max duration kegels) which leaves me pretty sore. And, as far as exercising muscles go, I would have thought it’d be important to give it a day’s rest at least. Does anyone know if the bc muscle responds to strenuous exercise the same way normal muscles do?
