Do you think this would help or hinder gains: I have gotten into the habit of flexing the muscles, or tendons, or fibers that are on the top of the penis. This pulls my flacid unit in and creates the turtle affect. I know many people on here use the Kegel which is underneath, near the Tunica and sphincter, but when I do this exercise I feel it on top. My question is; will this hurt my progress? Because I am pulling it inwards which seems to be the opposite of what I’m striving for. Also I do this constantly throughout the day, and I have noticed some gains in the flacid length.

Well if your noticing gains, then I don’t see how it could hinder gains.

You probably mean you see it moving “on top.” There’s only one muscle that will pull the penis into the body, it’s the same one used to perform Dr. Kegel’s exercise.

I think you’ve been doing kegels and didn’t know it.

Moving your penis in and out will not affect gains.

But am I mistaken in thinking that when I, for example, fowfer and contract the penis, I am flexing something different than the kegel muscle/tunica. Because I can pull the penis into the body by utilizing, what I suppose, are the ligaments and I feel the contractions on the top and sides of the penis.

Thanks to the vets who answered. I have been lurking tons of great info from you guys for months.

If you contract a muscle and your penis moves, it’s the same muscle used for kegels.
