The turtle exercise, not quite a Kegel
Do you think this would help or hinder gains: I have gotten into the habit of flexing the muscles, or tendons, or fibers that are on the top of the penis. This pulls my flacid unit in and creates the turtle affect. I know many people on here use the Kegel which is underneath, near the Tunica and sphincter, but when I do this exercise I feel it on top. My question is; will this hurt my progress? Because I am pulling it inwards which seems to be the opposite of what I’m striving for. Also I do this constantly throughout the day, and I have noticed some gains in the flacid length.
