I am wondering, what do you guys use to clean up the mess after you did your Newbie exercise?
How long does a full session take you?
What else do you “do” as you are in session (ie., listen to music, read something, etc)
When you need to get up fast and go do something, do you have a quick, fail safe clean up plan?
If someone knocks on your door, what do you say to them to get them to go away?

If you use an IR Lamp, where did you buy it? Does it work through clothes?

If you need to get a certain erection level during an excercise, what do you do if you can’t reach that level?

I know these questions are kind of newb, but whatever basic tips you have would be awesome!


As of 5/1/05 BPEL = 6.50" EG = 5.25" 5/20/05 BPEL = 7.00" (This is at the peak right before an orgasm) EG = 5.38" First Goal BPEL = 8.50" EG = 6.25" FL > 5.00" (haven't done PE since about August of 2005)

Getting back into it for a week now, same goals as before, but..

1/10/2010 BPEL = 6.625", EG = 5.25" ... Really wish I did PE for the last 4+ years. Who knows where I would be at.

Plan your sessions for times when this won’t happen. Are you in college, sharing a dorm room?
If you have to, get in a car and drive to a place where no one will see you and jelq in the car.

Unless they have a key, don’t say anything and pretend not to be there.

I don’t think IR lamps are very effective for “deep heating.” A hot wash cloth is cheaper and easier to explain.

Man I’m a hell of a messy bar steward so I understand the pain.

During one of my first workouts the lass walked into the bathroom whilst I was grimacing in concentration, mid-jelq and trying to one-handed-fumble some more lube onto my hand as quickly as I could. She just about wet herself laughing… untill she saw what I was doing to her towels ahahaha :D

Since then she’s done what any self respecting female should do, sorted me out my penis towels, got me a larger tub for my lube and repositioned my seat so I can sit more comfortably with my legs wide open. *sigh* She is so much more organized than I am, i feel like a right berk at times.

She doesn’t help mentally though, what with taking the piss out of me all the time. It’s her I’m chasing this extra girth for! :)

I don’t think I’d recommend driving somewhere secluded and jelqing in the car. That’s a good way to pick up a car. We don’t need anyone explaining jelqing and Thunders to the judge. Penis growth is real could end up on the front page.

When noone is there just lock yourself in the washroom. If someone comes home you can say your just taking a shit/shower/tweezing, and that ought to give you a few minutes to get cleaned up.
