So I am sitting at a 6 ½ NBEL right now and a 4 ½ flaccid hang. Freaking love how I’m looking so far. This is my problem though; my damn nuts make me look smaller than it really is.

I have big nuts (don’t care) – I have a 2 ½” turkey neck (don’t really care) – my dick is still bigger with or without the nuts (sort of care but not the point.)

Since about half way into my PE journey I have noticed that my nuts turtle up like 95% of the time. When my nuts hang low it makes my package as a whole look huge (to me) but now my balls are constantly shelling like crazy. Sometimes even so tight they are pushing my actual testicles out to the side of my pubic area not even in the sack at all.

While I do not care that I have a large amount of turkey neck, the turtling plus the turkey neck makes my nuts climb “up” my shaft rather than clenching below it. This makes it all look way smaller than it really is. Instead of looking like 4” out of my body, the eyes are drawn more to the mere 2” hanging off a shriveled sack. Plus it all sticks out in the front instead of hanging low where the length can be noticed. I am not worried about the turkey neck, just the constant shriveling that affects my ability to hang properly.

So is there any method out there that helps the testicles hang low and relaxed more often. I never thought my penis would stop turtling to 1” acorn till I discovered the magic of jelqing. Is there anything similar for the balls?

There has to be, right?

Stretching them while warm in the shower works well. I started pumping mine a while back for the same reason you’re stating. I’ve posted pictures of my progress in my thread.

Did this provide a longer term anti-shrivel solution? Does it turn on like the flacid hang seems to after you start?

I have combed through your thread before but probably missed your balls because I couldn’t see past your giant dick! LOL

Take a look on page 154 of my thread. Yes my balls hang lower now and no longer shrivel.

You can try massage the testicles.

Maybe you have tensed pelvic floor muscles. Do reverse kegels.

How is stress going? Stress can make balls shrink among other things.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Stress doesn’t seem any more to me than before I started PE. Though it is possible that I had the turtling issue a lot but never paid it any mind. More focused on the penis.

I tried some massages in the shower, right before my morning manuals. it helps but shrinks back relatively quickly.

I’ll give reverse Kegels a shot. I had laid off the keg’s a little while back because I over worked them without enough build up.

Manual stretching in the shower or bath. I found pumping using a heating pad is much more efficient.
