The right time to clamp.
So I have been doing some reading around the site, and I know all the information I need for clamping (Which is down the road I still need to condition).
The only problem is I can’t find when is the right time to clamp. IE how long to do the newbie routine before I can start clamping and pump this tool up.
I know I need to be VERY conditioned as this is a pretty extreme workout on your tool. How long do you guys think I should “condition” before I am ready to clamp?
