The right time to clamp.

Hey Everyone,

So I have been doing some reading around the site, and I know all the information I need for clamping (Which is down the road I still need to condition).

The only problem is I can’t find when is the right time to clamp. IE how long to do the newbie routine before I can start clamping and pump this tool up.

I know I need to be VERY conditioned as this is a pretty extreme workout on your tool. How long do you guys think I should “condition” before I am ready to clamp?

I’ll start doing it once I have 6-9 months of PE experience (I’ll decide after I see how are things going by then).

Current Goal: - 7.00 NBPEL x 5.75 [MSEG & BASE]

6-9 months should be enough time.

I just received my bag of clamps. I have a small penis (bpel 4.5 and bpeg of 4.5). I wrapped one layer of Ace self sticking tape around the base and tightened the medium clamp around an 80 % erection. I could not get it tight enough to have any effect.

Should I wrap more layers of tape or use anything else to get a tighter fit? I have a pumped girth of 5.2 so should I pump first?

Any suggestions?

A self sticking tape?

Assuming you have enough PE experience under your belt, use something else, something flexible, stretchy and soft and wrap as much as you need in order to get a good constriction.

I should have said self ad-hearing tape. I have been PE’ing for about three months. I don’t intend on clamping that hard or that long until I feel comfortable. But I will increase the layers until I feel some meaningful constriction.

Dtwarren, be aware that clamping will likely kill length gains.

Thanks Marinera, length would be nice, but I am currently working on girth. I think that is what she would prefer.

a little OT since you mentioned clamping kills length gains. is it wise to focus on length till i gained about an 1-1.5inches and then focus on girth afterwards?

6 months.

Some may come and say “I started PE with clamping don’t worry you will be fine”. Just ignore.

(Never 6 months before PE though)

I have been PE for only three months. However, I have ED and have been using a constriction device for more than 5 years in order to get a decent erection. I think this experience should have properly conditioned my penis for clamping. Would you agree?

Not much. Approach clamping very cautiously, stay on short sets first weeks (say three minutes) and build up gradually to longer sets. Clamping tends to be addictive, so avoid overwork - it will lower ED instead than enhancing. It could be a good idea starting a progress report, keeping track of what you are doing and what are the effects on EQ, flaccid size etc..
