Everybody has a different penis, everybody clamps differently and pumps differently.
Clamping will work well for one person and not for another
ADS will work well for one person and not for another
Pumping will work well for one person and not for another
My advise is try clamping and pumping for a couple of months and record your progress, clamping and ADS for a few months and record progress etc etc…
That way you will know which method works best for YOU
Also you did not mention whether you were after girth or length

The right combination for what?
The right combination for growth. Both length and girth. I just wanted to seebthe different opinions that are out there from everyone’s experience.

Trial and error fella. There is no perfect answer for that question, but that is also your answer.

There are not right or wrong combination, it depends on your unit, if you are getting better EQ with clamping and pump you stick with it; if you are getting better EQ with newbie then stick with newbie. The right person to answer this question is yourself
