The relationship between bodybuilding and PE

You can do both. :)

It should make sense that physical training lowers the chances of veins injuries. A study I posted somewhere shows that leg press and ab work showed better than viagra on the long range.

Check out the calisthenic progression in Convict Conditioning. It’s way to easy at first but after about a year or so you’ll be doing stuff very few bodybuilders can do (like perfect military pullups), and in about a year and a half to two years you’ll almost be ready for one arm pullups and one arm pushups with feet together.

Just got books one and two. This looks like just what I need. Especially in regards to nagging injuries.

Thank you

You’re welcome.

Did you get the actual books or the PDFs? I would recommend the actual paperback books and then download everything else off of thepiratebay. They have all the videos up there too, with the exception of the one arm handstand video which was never made. You’re going to want those physical books so you don’t have to keep going back to your computer to check your form or look up the routines all the time.

Be on the lookout for CC3 in the Summer or Fall of this year. I don’t know when it’s going to be released but I know it was announced for 2014 and will contain more dynamic and explosive calisthenic movies, like clapping pushups and back springs. Then later on the author has said he’s going to be releasing a book on fighting skills.

If you have any questions about the books feel free to PM me. Also make sure you get the Super FAQ and read it a few times along with the Convict-Conditioning and PCC websites. They answer some questions in these places that weren’t very clear in the book.

I don’t know what piratebay is, but never infringe copyright acts - or suggest to do that. Can’t ever know how far shit can arrive.

I got the PDF files. Payed for. During the early stages I will stick with those. The progression seems really slow but since I have a few tender areas and my extra weight it probably would be best to stick with it.

I might just get the first book in paper later. Will see how it goes.

The progressions are going to feel extremely slow in the beginning, but it’s best you follow the advice in that book until you know how everything is going to affect you and where you stand on recovery. You can do the exercises from steps 1-4 like 2 or 3 days a week to progress a little faster, but eventually you’ll want to slow things down and do New Blood or New Blood 2.0 until you’re past steps 6 on everything but the pullups and ready to start on bridging and hand stand pushups.

And for HEADstands I would suggest a couple of cinder blocks. Because putting all that pressure on your neck can really kink thing up at first… So you either need to stretch a whole lot after it or use some elevated hand positioning.
